O TVORNICI KULTURE

Tvornica Kulture kultna je zagrebačka koncertna dvorana koja od svojeg otvorenja 1999. godine, osim domaćih, ugošćuje i strane glazbenike. Preuređenjem 2018. godine dvorana postaje tehnički i produkcijski najopremljeniji klub u Hrvatskoj koji može primiti do 2200 posjetitelja.

ABOUT THE CULTURE FACTORY

The Culture factory is an iconic concert hall in Zagreb that has hosted, since its opening in 1999, both foreign and local musitians. After the redesign in 2018, Culture factory become the most technically and production-equipped club in Croatia, accommodating up to 2200 visitors.

PRISTUPAČNOST

Tvornica Kulture spada u one „polupristupačne“ prostore. Postoje dva ulaza i oba su osobama u kolicima pristupačna, jedino se na ulazu u Veliki pogon (ulaz iz Šubićeve ulice) nalazi niski prag. Na ulazu u Malu dvoranu (ulaz iz ul. Ljudevita Posavskog) dočekati će vas stepenica, no na njoj se ipak nalazi ukošena metalna rampa. Imajte samo na umu da ćete morati malo manevrirati jer se ulazna vrata otvaraju prema van, a rampa je točno ispred njih. S ove točke ulazite u Mali pogon Tvornice Kulture koji je osobama u kolicima relativno prohodan. Pod je ravan cijelim putem, jedino se malo teže provlačiti pored stolaca i stolova kafića.

Veliki pogon isto je bez prepreka, no ako se želite popeti na tribinu u podnožju dvorane morat ćete zamoliti nekoga da vas prenese preko stepenica, pošto rampe nema. Između Malog i Velikog pogona nalazi se i WC koji nije prilagođen. Možda biste još mogli i ući, no vrata zahoda otvaraju se prema unutra, tako da ih ne biste mogli zatvoriti.

ACCESSIBILITY

The Culture Factory belongs to those “semi-accessible” spaces. There are two entrances and both are accessible to wheelchair users only the entrance to the Big hall (entrance from Subićeva Street) has a low threshold. At the entrance to the Small hall (entrance from Ludevit Posavski Street) you will be greeted by a step, but there is a sloping metal ramp on it. Just keep in mind that you will have to maneuver a little as the front door opens outwards and the ramp is right in front of it. From here you’ll enter the Small hall of the Culture Factory, which is relatively accessible to wheelchair users. The floor is flat all the way, it’s only a bit harder to push past the chairs and coffee tables.

The Big hall is also barrier-free, but if you want to climb the grandstand at the foot of the hall, you’ll have to ask someone to carry you up the stairs since there’s no ramp. Between the Small and the Big hall is a not accessible toilet. You might still be able to get in, but the toilet door opens inward so you won’t be able to close it.
